Refund policy


1. All Physical Sales Are Final 



Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any eyeliner products.



2. No Refunds on Opened or Used Items



For safety and contamination reasons:


  • Opened, used, swatched, or tested products cannot be returned or refunded.




3. Damaged Items Must Be Reported Within 48 Hours



If your item arrived damaged:


  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide photos of the shipping box, the packing materials, and the product itself
  • Missing photos will make the claim ineligible



We will only replace the item if the damage is verified as a shipping issue.



4. Wrong Item Received



If we sent the wrong product:


  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of what you received
  • Product must be unopened and unused to qualify for replacement




5. Lost or Stolen Packages



Once the package is marked Delivered, we are not responsible for:


  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery to the wrong address (if the buyer entered incorrect info)



Customers must contact the carrier directly.



6. No Cancellations After Shipment



Orders cannot be canceled once a shipping label is created.



7. Allergic Reactions



We do not accept returns or refunds for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or personal dislike.

 

 

8. Consultations can be charged back at any time if service was unfulfilled.
